Mission Statement

Our mission statement adopted in the fall of 1984 is to provide quality Philippine & other Asian, American & European Breads, Rolls, & Pastries; to the community using proven old world techniques incorporating newer innovative ideas and techniques, and always adapting to changing technologies in the baking industry using the best quality ingredients and most qualified individuals available.
